- Operation of a home based business
- Accessory Building, including a garage or sheds (over 10m2)
- Decks
Development not requiring a Development Permit (for the full list refer to section 3.5 in the LAND USE BYLAW)
- Accessory buildings: not exceeding 4.5 m in height and not exceeding a ground floor area of 10 m2.
