REGISTRATION FORM: You will need to print a copy and bring it to the program OR save it as a pdf and email tofieldsummerprogram@gmail.com .
Payments can be made:
- In-person at the Town of Tofield Office (8:30 – 4:30)
- E-transfer to smatch@tofieldalberta.ca – please indicate in the message line what the payment is for.
- Credit Card – use the following link, additional fees will apply: Town of Tofield . Choose ‘Summer Program’ under Type of Payment and add child name(s) in the comment box.
