The Tofield Snow Geese is a local Junior Forest Warden (JFW) club in Tofield. We currently meet once a month, typically at Islet Lake in the Blackfoot Recreation Area or the Tofield Nature Centre. There are additional weekend events or out trips put on by our club and/or the JFW organization where attendance is encouraged but is not mandatory. We are a parent involved organization, meaning that parents must participate in activities and join their warden at every event. Each attending parent will be required to complete a criminal record check. Our club has programming for boys and girls over 6 years old, but younger siblings are welcome at most events. We ask parents to be as involved as possible in programming, leadership and fundraising.
Program will begin in September. Monthly meetings (approximately two hours in length) with dates to be confirmed.
